The Emerald Coast Walk for Life began 8 years ago when Emerald Coast Coalition for Life board members pondered the question, “Why don’t we have a march for life in our area?”

They knew the benefit such an event would bring to our local community. Pro-life is pro-woman and the founders recognized the key to saving lives in our community was prayer, empowering women and giving them life-saving options! 

This year's featured speaker is Lauren Eden. Lauren is a wife, mom, minister, and second trimester abortion survivor. She has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Georgia. Lauren is a pro-life speaker and her passion is using her voice to help others understand the truth about abortion, being a voice for the unborn, and helping people understand the church's role in coming alongside women who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy. She considers herself a champion for life and for the next generation.
